Through a few careful interventions, existing potential is being enhanced and highlighted. “Action poles” within the wedge-shaped sections interact with each other. A balance of relations is being established and blends into a whole to give the new park its own character.
URBAN ​​SHELF | The new district center is like a “urban shelf.” It conveys a sense of open usability for everyone, a building that can be easily appropriated. Its structure accommodates the different uses, makes them visible from the outside, and offers options on all sides, like the compartments of a shelf.
